In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, bring 1 cup heavy cream to a simmer. Remove from heat. 2. Dump in bittersweet chocolate chips and let sit briefly to melt. 3. Whisk until smooth. Then transfer to a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. 4. Beat chocolate mixture with 1 cup heavy cream and 2 teaspoons almond extract until light and fluffy. 5. Pipe mousse into small flower pots and sprinkle with crushed oreos. 6. Melt white chocolate chips in a glass bowl in the microwave. (Takes about 1 minute.) 7. Stir until smooth and transfer to a pastry bag fitted with a small round tip. 8. On a sheet of parchment, pipe melted white chocolate into loops to create daisies. 9. Sprinkle withWilton Sparkling Sugar. 10. Let cool completely and remove with spatula. 11. Top each dirt cup with a white chocolate daisy.
